Founded in 1972, NOBCChE is an organization dedicated to minorities in science and engineering, acting as a central hub around which circulate people of both academia and industry, offering unique opportunities to its members.

Meetings
Come to our meetings, the first Thursday of each month from 4pm to 5pm in the Marker Seminar Room of the Chemistry Building. Directions: Go to the ground floor, then walk down the northernmost hallway towards the Chemical Engineering building. The room is the first one on the right through the glass doors.
Tutoring:
The UMD student chapter of NOBCChE provides tutoring in the areas of General, Physical, Analytical, and Organic Chemistry. Please take advantage of this opportunity and email us at nobcche.umd@gmail.com to request tutoring services.
