Congratulations to Will Harrell who has been awarded an NRC post-doctoral fellowship at the USAMRIID in Frederick, MD. He will begin his position later this fall.

Will and Jeff are co-authors, along with Phil Gale and group at the University of Southampton, on a paper entitled "Tripodal Transmembrane Transporters for Bicarbonate" in Chem. Comm. 2010, 46, 6252-6254.

Andrew Olsen has been awarded a Percy Julian fellowship to carry out research this summer and next year. Andrew, a sophomore chemistry major, will work on making compounds that bind anions.
